Refund policy

Once you receive your order, the courier waits 5 minutes to check the order 
If you refuse to receive the order, you can return it the courier and pay the shipping fees only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of part of the order. You can either return the entire order or keep it, We appreciate your understanding of our policies.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange,
90 pounds will be deducted from the order value as the return shipping cost.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
